Brandon brings over two decades of combined experience in mortgage lending, banking, and real estate sales, making him not only your Realtor® but also your financial advocate. Prior to real estate, he built a successful career as a mortgage lender, giving him a rare edge in understanding credit, financing options, and how to set clients up for long-term success. I didn’t get into real estate for the commissions or the awards. I got into it because I lived the struggle so many people silently face when it comes to housing and financial stability.

I was born in Lompoc, California, into a pioneering local family. When I was just one, my father walked away—and from that moment on, my mother raised me on her own. In 1980, she made a bold move to Colorado, settling in Estes Park, doing everything she could to give us a chance.

I watched her trade and barter with local businesses for food, for clothes, for a place to live. I remember the feeling of fall shopping season—one new pair of pants, one pair of shoes, and a few shirts for the school year, with friends having the luxury of so many more. The rest came from thrift stores or hand me downs. We rented homes. We got by. And my mom carried the weight of all of it on her own, never once believing she deserved more. Which was not ever true.

She passed away in 2010 with just $27 in her bank account.

That moment changed me forever.

I made a promise—to her, to myself, and to the people I now serve—that I would never forget what housing really means. It's not just square footage or price-per-foot. It’s stability. It’s dignity. It’s legacy.

With over 20 years of experience—13+ in mortgage lending and the last 8+ in real estate sales—I’ve built a career based on trust, clarity, and results. Whether it’s helping someone buy their very first home, move into a space that finally fits their lifestyle, or build a portfolio to create generational wealth, my mission is the same: To be the guide, advocate, and expert I wish my mom had.
